Shipping

All of our items can be shipped throughout the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii at this time). Unless otherwise indicated in the item description, our prices do not include shipping charges. For a full list of shipping charges within the US, click here. A small insurance fee (between $2-$5, depending on the price of the item) is also added to each purchase. This protects your item against loss or damage during shipping. After you place your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

The following charges will also apply to orders going to APO's.

Return Policy

Requests to return or exchange an item must be received within 7 (seven) days from the time the item was received. Items must be returned in original packaging and packing material.
Note: Only items in new, unused and resalable condition can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

You are responsible for all fees and shipping costs to ship the item back to us, as well as all costs associated with insuring the package against loss or damage. In addition, you will be charged the original cost to reship the exchanged item back to you.

Refunds

Please note for refunds there will be a restocking fee (usually 10% but can be up to 20% depending on the condition of the product). You are responsible for all fees and shipping costs to ship the item back to us, which are non-refundable, as well as all costs associated with insuring the item against loss or damage.
